Our brand new #EatWellFeelGreat programme costs £25 per 2 hour session including learning, fitness and cooking. You get 1 full hour of creating fabulous, nutritious food, 40 minutes of exercise and 20 of information and advice.
You’ll learn about food groups and why they can help you feel better and move more. We’ll give you recipes and a weekly planner working towards weight and fitness management and a shopping guide that works even if you’re on a tight budget. Our fitness sessions are low impact and easy to do at home. There’s no weigh-ins unless you want us to help you stay on track and we won’t try to sell you anything.
You’ll get advice on a healthy juice to boost and support your 5 a day. We’ll show you how to make it.
Then comes the fun part! You cook along with Anna preparing and serving a nutritious tasty dish that is low in fat, salt and sugar and costs very little to make.
At the end of the session we sit down and eat, talking about what we’ve done and getting to know one another.
Then we prepare for the next session with simple targets for you to reach on your own.
All food and equipment is included and there’s never more than 10 people in a class!
