Our Tandoori Made Easy cooking classes will provide an understanding of the key flavours of each cuisine, provide you with the skills and techniques to reproduce authentic dishes and give you information about sourcing the necessary ingredients.

Tandoori twist Cookery class

Perfect for anyone looking to learn the Tandoori way of cooking, this masterclass will teach you how to achieve consistently great results with classic homemade tandoori dishes. You will learn must-have tandoori skills, such as preparing, marinating, controlling temperature and how to tell when your food is cooked to perfection.

Using lid-on technique on gas flamed tandoor oven, our expert chef tutor will spend two and a half hours teaching you the best way to cook a number of all-time Tandoori twist creations.

As part of this course you’ll be asked to prepare your own juicy Shami kebab and be taught how to cut and portion a whole chicken, using the various pieces to create a succulent Tandoori chicken dish. The chef tutor will also show just one of the many possibilities to expand your Tandoori menu with a demonstration of the famous pulled tandoori Biryani.

Fabulous Fish Cooking Class

Our Fabulous Fusion Fish Cooking Class is a treat for fish lovers and is planned around the availability of choice of fish fillets to meet dish requirement.

For our very popular Fusion fish masterclass class we take a selection of fish, seafood and learn to prepare it from scratch as we discuss sourcing, how to buy the best fish and how to cook it whether steamed, pan-fried, stir fried, grilled or baked.

By the end of the masterclass class you’ll be confident with buying, and cooking many different types of fish and seafood including both well-known and less familiar species.

Throughout the day we’ll enjoy a tasting menu of the many dishes we cook together. As well as basic cooking techniques we will also create some great recipes featuring Fusion flavours to try something new and fishy.
